Returns & Refunds

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please email us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.  We will be happy to organise a refund, less postage costs no questions asked - As long as item is returned promptly undamaged and unused with original packaging and original tags attached. Buyer must pay all postage costs, refund will be cost of item only.

From time to time items can be damaged via transit.  So if you receive your order and it has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, (include photo's/digital image of damaged goods).  We will promptly either replace the damaged item or process a Refund for total amount paid, depending on your preference. We may in some cases forward a Pre-Paid Australia Post Satchel for you to return damaged order to us.
